Josh Prati
Founder, President & CEO
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Josh Prati founded Right Way Medical in 2014 and oversees the strategic direction of the Columbus, Ohio based company. Since its birth, Right Way Medical has grown into a nationally recognized specialty IV distributor with locations in Ohio, Texas, and Illinois. It has also been recognized as one of Columbus, Ohio’s fastest growing companies for seven years. (2017, ’18, ’19, ’20, ’21, ’22, ’24)
Prior to founding Right Way Medical, Prati held various roles with Apria Healthcare, B. Braun Medical, and Medical Technology Resources, where his final role was Sr. Vice President of Sales and Operations. During his time serving at Medical Technology Resources he was influential in assisting in its acquisition to Medical Specialties Distributor, a company that has since been acquired by McKesson in 2018.

Prati has been involved in various philanthropic organizations including The Make-A-Wish Foundation, A Kid Again, Orphan’s Promise and has served in various board and volunteer roles at Cypress Wesleyan Church (Alton Darby and Dublin campuses) and the Vineyard Church of Columbus.
Josh Prati resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife Christa and two cats, Remey and Molly. He enjoys working out, developing relationships over a home cooked meal, great wine, and is an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Pittsburgh Steeler fan.
Isaac Mowder
COO
Isaac Mowder joined Right Way Medical in 2017 as our Chief Operating Officer, leading Operations and Technology for the company. He led the development of Right Way Medical’s asset tracking software, Right Track, as well as the adoption and integration of NetSuite.
Prior to joining Right Way Medical, Mowder spent time in technology, higher education, and business service industries within marketing, operational, and technical roles. As Principal of Minimalist Marketing, a marketing and business service consultancy, Mowder worked with among others, Medical Technology Resources, Medical Specialties Distributor, and Right Way Medical.

Mowder has been involved in a number of non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity, MS Foundation, and served on the board of Fairfield Strings and Keyboards and Fairfield Youth Baseball Association.
Isaac Mowder lives in Lancaster, Ohio with his wife Maria and sons Jacob and Zachary. He enjoys wood and metal working, DIY projects, hiking, camping, and coaching baseball.
Matt Burns
National Sales Manager
Matt Burns started with Right Way Medical in 2017 as the Northeast Territory Manager, overseeing Right Way Medicals’ relationships in the Northeast and up and down the east coast. In April of 2021, Matt was promoted to National Sales Manager where his main responsibility is managing and growing Right Way Medical’s team of territory managers throughout the country.

A native of the Boston area, Matt attended from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and began his career in the medical device industry at Lincare. From there, he worked for several years in infusion therapy with Medical Technology Resources and then Smiths Medical, before coming on board with Right Way Medical. Matt lives in Northport, NY with his wife Michelle and sons, Parker and Rowan. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and staying active through working out, ice hockey or golf.
Sarah Kahler
Marketing Manager
Sarah Kahler oversees marketing and branding for Right Way Medical, bringing life and energy to the brand since 2020. To keep pace with evolving market needs, Sarah drove a rebranding effort across digital platforms, developed tradeshow strategy, and implemented CRM management & lead tracking to meet buyers where they are. These efforts helped the growth of the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic and raised tremendous brand recognition throughout the alternate site infusion industry. Sarah strives for excellent customer experience by optimizing Right Way Medical’s online ordering platform, product catalog & equipment tracking software.

Prior to healthcare, Sarah led North American marketing with TIBA Parking Systems, focusing on revenue control. She also spent time with a digital marketing agency, specializing in paid search, reputation management, and search engine optimization for auto dealers.
Outside of the office, Sarah volunteers with Dress for Success and YES! Columbus to help young professionals accelerate their careers.
Sarah bleeds green and white from her four years at Ohio University, studying journalism and marketing.
Lindsay Paolina
National Accounts Manager
Lindsay Paolina was the first Account Manager at Right Way Medical, joining in 2015. Her passion to build new relationships flourished as she grew a national presence for Right Way Medical in the infusion industry, which led to her promotion to National Accounts Manager in 2021. Lindsay was graciously awarded the Zyno Solutions’ 2018 Distribution Account Manager of the Year where she helped to facilitate equipment upgrades in various long-term care pharmacies. Paolina also assisted with the launch of Right Track, Right Way Medical’s asset tracking software designed to simplify fleet management.

Prior to Right Way Medical, Lindsay specialized in business development and account management throughout various roles in the medical supply industry across the Midwest.
Paolina is a 2011 Wheeling Jesuit University graduate where she served as the SIFE Team President in 2010-2011 and upon graduation was awarded the Bruno J. Hartung Wall Street Journal Award. She resides in Washington, PA with her husband Bruno where she enjoys participating in dance fitness classes, spending time with her family and being a cat & dog mom to Boo, Mitzy, and Blue.
