Matthew Hiller
Our team welcomed Matthew as our new buyer at the beginning of this year. Known for his amazing golf skills, Matthew’s vibrant personality and sense of humor are already lighting up our office.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find Matthew working out at the gym, hitting the golf course, or riding his motorcycle.
Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?
Thriller because it rhymes with my last name. Then of course a buddy of mine would sing Michael Jackson every time I would walk by.
What is the best advice you have for someone just starting out their career?
Stay patient, work hard, but also value yourself. You won’t always get your dream job right away but if you work hard and stay patient you will either see if a company values you or if you need to find one that does.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
If I actually have to sing, I would pick a country song, BUT if I just want to get through it, I would pick Tequila by The Champs so I just have to say tequila a couple of times and be done.
List two pet peeves.
People who don’t re-rack their weights at the gym & bad golfers who play slow (we aren’t on the PGA tour for a reason)
What’s your favorite type of food or cuisine?
Definitely like good barbeque.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to work out, play golf, and ride my motorcycle.
What do you like most about working at Right Way Medical?
The culture and being valued for the experience I bring. I have worked in big companies where I am just a number but here, I feel valued for the skills I bring to the company.
What really makes you angry?
I don’t get angry often but mostly when the Browns lose, especially to a bad team or a team in the AFC North.
