Meet Kevin Parrish
His career at Right Way Medical began in July 2021, when he joined the Columbus team as a Warehouse Associate. In April 2024, he advanced into the role of Operations Manager. In this position, no two days are the same.
Each morning begins with reviewing the device request list in Right Track and sales orders in NetSuite, followed by coordinating fulfillment plans. As the day progresses, his focus shifts between personnel management and cross-department collaboration with sales and purchasing. By mid-morning, shipments begin arriving at distribution centers, often leading to several hours of communication with warehouse associates and sales representatives. He concludes each day by documenting the shift and working on long-term initiatives designed to improve operations today.
Career Journey
Beyond the Office
Athletics have long been a major part of his life. Over the course of a decade, he competed in multiple World Championships across two different sports, including Obstacle Course Racing events such as Spartan and Tough Mudder, as well as Ninja competitions similar to American Ninja Warrior. After stepping back from competition, he transitioned into coaching and successfully trained three athletes who went on to compete in their own World Championships within their respective divisions, an achievement he remains especially proud of.
Looking ahead, one item high on his bucket list is to tour the Alps and explore Switzerland, Monaco, Italy, Austria, and beyond. While he has always loved spending time in the mountains across the United States, he looks forward to experiencing those landscapes on an international scale.
