Meet Kayla Higgins
Kayla joined the Right Way Medical team in 2023 as an Inside Sales Representative, quickly making an impact through her passion, dedication, and genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships. From day one, she stood out for her ability to connect with both teammates and valued clients, approaching every interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
In 2024, Kayla was asked where she envisioned herself in five years. Her answer was clear and ambitious: living somewhere warmer than Ohio. Rather than treating that vision as a distant dream, Kayla turned it into a goal—and through determination, grit, and consistent performance, she made it a reality. Her hard work earned her a promotion to Central Sales Associate, and at the start of this year, she relocated to Dallas, Texas. This move positioned her closer to both her customers and Right Way Medical’s Texas facility, allowing her to strengthen relationships and better support the needs of the region.
