In 2014, Josh Prati embarked on a journey that transformed the landscape of medical supply distribution. Under Josh’s visionary leadership, Right Way Medical was born.
This year we have reached a significant milestone marked by perseverance, growth, and excellence – 10 years! As we celebrate, we reflect on our path and look forward to a promising future.
The Journey of Right Way Medical
Right Way Medical was founded in June of 2014 with a mission to provide an ideal experience for customers. Days after launching we secured our first customer, and by November, we opened our first office.
Some of our key milestones during these 10 years are:
- 2015: Hired our first two employees.
- 2016: Moved into our second Columbus, OH office.
- 2017-2018: Opened Dallas, TX and Chicago, IL locations.
- 2020: Upgraded to our current Columbus office.
- 2021-2023: Expanded Chicago and Dallas locations and opened an Atlanta, GA office.
Leadership and Vision
Josh Prati’s journey began with a degree in Exercise Science from Ohio State.
His career in sales at Apria Healthcare, B. Braun Medical, and MTR taught him the importance of personal relationships in business.
His vision for Right Way Medical focuses on understanding customer needs and embracing technological advancements.
Looking ahead, Josh aims to teach values like accountability and integrity while identifying future leaders.
