Meet Our Team: Lindsay Paolina
Lindsay Paolina was the first Account Manager at Right Way Medical, joining in 2015.
Her passion to build new relationships flourished as she grew a national presence for Right Way Medical in the infusion industry, which led to her promotion to National Accounts Manager in 2021.
Get to know our National Account Manager Lindsay!
How long have you worked for RWM and why did you choose to work here?
It’s hard to believe I’m closing in on my 7-year anniversary! I was fortunate enough to work with Josh Prati at a previous organization and was impressed by his appreciation for people and work ethic. I knew if he ever started a company, I would want to be part of it.
It’s Saturday afternoon and the sun is shining. What do you do?
If the weather is nice, most likely listening to an audio book by the pool or an afternoon hike.
How do you connect with Right Way Medical’s core values of people, process and technology?
I’m a firm believer that people can and certainly do make a huge difference. Our organization supports providers that care for patients who in turn do great things. Like the ripple effect, if our processes and technologies are continuously evolving, we can do more to help providers help their patients.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
How to create desserts like a pâtissier. I have always loved to bake, but actually having the professional level skill would be awesome!
What would you be doing for your career if you weren’t in sales?
That’s a really tough question because I have always wanted to be in the medical sales arena, but probably practicing law of some sort.
What tv show or movie is your guilty pleasure?
Downton Abbey. The shows and the movies!
