Can you summarize your job in one sentence?
As an Inside Sales representative, my job consists of placing and monitoring orders, assisting existing and new customers, and being the liaison of communication between operations and outside sales reps.
What is the best gift you have been given?
The best gift I was given was my cat. My mom gifted me my cat on Christmas morning of 2021 and brought Scarlet down from upstairs with a red, Ohio State bow on her head, which is how we decided on the name Scarlet. Go bucks!
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Professionally, in the next 5 years I see myself gaining more knowledge about my industry and continuing success within Right Way Medical. My goal is to form lifelong, genuine relationships with clients and people within my industry. Personally, I see myself living somewhere warm (anywhere warmer than Ohio) with my family.

If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?
Who was your inspiration for choosing your current career path?
The biggest inspiration for choosing my current career path is my Aunt Jenn, who has shown me how resilience, hard work, and dedication is the key to success. She is a huge role model for me and inspired me to pursue medical device sales. She is one of the most hard-working people I have ever met, and I am forever grateful for the advice she’s given me over the years.
Which of the RWM values can you relate to the most?
I favor all of Right Way Medical’s values, but the one I can relate to the most would be the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships. This can be applied to personal and professional relationships. In order to do business with a company/customer, trust is a key factor within success. I have learned that the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for clients will ultimately result in long lasting relationships between myself and customers.
What are your hobbies?
I love traveling and visiting new places with my friends and family. I love going to sports games, especially Ohio State football games. My favorite season is summer because I love being outside and doing outside activities like going golfing, going to baseball games, cook outs and going to the pool. I am a foodie; I love to cook and try new restaurants. My favorite TV shows are The Office and FRIENDS.
