In 2024, our marketing team gained another set of hands! Our creative and spunky teammate Bailey Dolch is taking over our social media, website, and event management.
Get to know our newest Marketing Specialist, Bailey!
What does your role as the marketing specialist entail?
As a marketing specialist, I typically stay up to date on all our social platforms, responding to comments and engaging with customers and manufacturers. I reference the content calendar to plan out social posts, draft blogs, graphics, and filming videos around the office. With upcoming tradeshows, I make sure that all tasks and documents are uploaded prior to their deadline.
It’s Saturday afternoon and the sun is shining. What do you do?
I’m definitely going through Starbucks and running to the car wash. I think this goes for everyone, but the sun is an immediate serotonin boost, so it motivates me to get things done and be out and about.
What is one thing that is not listed on your resume but defines you?
My faith. I’d say it drives the way I interact with others, such as being outgoing, creative, and easily adapting to new scenarios and environments.

What advice would you give to upcoming new hires going through the job selection and hiring process?
I’d tell anyone going through the job selection and hiring process to keep applying. On job hunting apps it is easy to filter your options down to a specific role you’re looking for but also can be closed minded. I’d say to keep an open mind and apply to opportunities you may think you’re underqualified for or you might not have thought of in the past, the right opportunity will open when
it’s supposed to.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
If I had the opportunity to travel anywhere it’d be Paris, or Europe in general. A couple things about me, I love fashion and Emily in Paris. On the other hand, I’m kind of a history nerd and would love to visit all the moments and sites that we talked about in history classes growing up.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Bailey studied marketing and fashion design. Her commitment to finding the right career path drove her to Right Way Medical in the fall of 2024.
