What does your role entail?
My position is all about relationships. You need to build that trust and connection first. Customers have to want to work with you. The business side will follow.
What is your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memories would have to be the times I spent with my family on vacation. I was very fortunate growing up being able to travel to some nice destinations. I am trying to provide the same experiences for my family today.
What is your favorite thing about your career?
The thing I like most about sales is the chase. Always looking for the next deal. Knowing that you are helping people is the cherry on top. You are indirectly helping with the health of individuals and that’s a good feeling.
What’s your favorite type of foreign food?
Italian
What’s your favorite holiday?
Halloween
What is one thing you can’t live without?
My family, even though they drive me crazy sometimes. Haha!
Who was your inspiration for choosing your current career path?
My inspiration for my career path was the Old Man (my father). Growing up my bedroom was next to his office, and I would listen to him work. I thought his job was interesting and fun. I saw how successful he was and wanted to follow the path.
Can you share a hidden talent no one knows about you?
I am a decent cook. Not as good as I would like but I will hopefully get there one day. That is part of the enjoyment, always trying to do better than last time.
What originally drew you to RWM?
What drew me to RWM was the culture. Josh Prati has built a great team. I immediately felt like part of the group. Everyone buys in to the goals, values, and mission. You can see the growth potential.
