Greta Gatzke-Evo joined Right Way Medical in 2025 as our Director of Market and Clinical Development. As a registered nurse, former distribution owner, and healthcare consultant, she brings experience in patient care, operations, and medical sales to her role.
Greta works closely with clinical teams, customers, and our sales team to provide clinical insight, support provider education, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth.
From Clinical Care
to Medical Sales
Growing up, Greta was actively involved in her community, including volunteering at local nursing homes. Those early experiences sparked her interest in healthcare and eventually led her to pursue a nursing degree.
Her desire to teach later led her from clinical nursing into medical sales, where she could combine her clinical experience with her passion for education. Working closely with healthcare providers, Greta helped educate and support the use of new technologies to improve quality of care. That same passion continues to motivate her today as she helps healthcare organizations navigate products, supplies, and solutions that support both providers and patients.
Understanding Customer Needs
Greta’s nursing background continues to shape the way she works with customers today. Whether working with pharmacy teams, nurses, purchasing departments, product review committees, or patients, she understands the importance of empathy and maintaining high standards of care. Her clinical experience helps her identify products that support quality patient care while addressing the needs of providers and customers. For Greta, being able to support healthcare teams and help resolve challenges is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Beyond the Office
Michigan Roots
Greta grew up in Rogers City, Michigan, along the shores of Lake Huron, where her family was actively involved in the community through church, the city band, the chamber of commerce, local initiatives, and social clubs. She later moved to Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lake Superior State University.
Team Spirit
As a mother, Greta’s favorite teams were always the ones her daughters played on. She loved being involved in their many sports, from basketball and volleyball to lacrosse, soccer, waterskiing, and snowboarding. She also served as a lead fundraiser for their teams, forming friendships with other families that continue today.
Greta now enjoys college sports, cheering for both Michigan and Michigan State. March Madness is her favorite time of year, and she has also become a fan of the Detroit Tigers and MLB playoffs.
Ideal Escape
Growing up on Lake Huron gave Greta a deep appreciation for the water, especially sunset cruises and the sense of peace it brings. Her ideal weekend is spent on the water with her husband Bill, their dog Nash, and family and friends.
When she’s ready to venture a little farther from home, rural France is at the top of her travel bucket list. After previously visiting Paris and other busier areas, she would love to rent bikes and explore the small villages, local cafés, and slower side of the French countryside.
Hidden Talents
Greta played the cornet in concert, marching, jazz, and city bands throughout high school. Last year, she returned to the instrument by joining a community band and performing in a Christmas concert with more than 60 musicians. Her love of music also extends to live performances, especially at smaller, more intimate venues.
Greta has also taken up fly fishing and even won a contest for the best-tied Black Woolly Bugger fly. Always up for something new, she isn’t afraid to take on a challenge and have some fun along the way.
