One of the greatest motivational authors of all time, John Maxwell, comments about these personal relationships in his book “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect”, Maxwell emphasizes the importance of finding common ground, keeping communication simple, making sure we capture people’s interest, and always strive to inspire while at the same time making sure that we stay authentic in all of our relationships.
