Meet Carolyn

Meet Carolyn Henthorn

From Mesa, Arizona to our Phoenix warehouse, Carolyn Henthorn brings dedication, organization, and heart to her role at Right Way Medical. Born and raised in Mesa, with family roots in Illinois and New Mexico, Carolyn has been part of the RWM team since last summer and has quickly become a valued member of our warehouse operations.

Day in The Life

As part of the Phoenix warehouse team, Carolyn spends her days moving inventory, gathering supplies, and preparing pumps for outgoing orders. She enjoys working with her hands and takes pride in organizing her space in a way that keeps everything efficient and orderly. For Carolyn, it’s not just about getting the job done — it’s about making sure every order is neat, accurate, and ready to serve the customer well.

While her role is hands-on, it has also helped her grow in new ways. With more emails and meetings than she’s experienced in previous positions, Carolyn has strengthened her communication skills and expanded her professional confidence. Most importantly, she values being part of something bigger than herself and finds fulfillment in knowing her work helps improve people’s lives. Carolyn’s attention to detail, willingness to grow, and positive spirit make her an important part of the Right Way Medical team. We’re grateful for the care she brings to her work each and every day.

Beyond the Office

Unwind & Recharge

Outside of work, Carolyn is a self-proclaimed homebody. She enjoys recharging with movies, TV shows, and video games. Her current favorite show is Bob’s Burgers, and she’s currently playing Subnautica — an underwater adventure game that’s fittingly ironic since she loves the ocean but admits she’s a little afraid to actually swim in it!

Looking ahead, Carolyn has a fun (and slightly daring) goal on her bucket list: riding a mechanical bull — and staying on. Eventually, she’d love to dance on one, but for now, mastering the ride without falling off is a solid first step.
