Lexie Grace joined our team in 2018 as a Customer Service team member before transitioning into our Inside Sales Rep and more recently, our Southeast Territory Manager.
Lexie’s dedication to her customers makes her a strong asset to our team, always going out of her way to make sure customers have what they need.
Get to know Lexie, our Southeast Territory Manager!
How long have you worked for RWM and why did you choose to work here?
I have been with Right Way for over 5 years now. Besides loving the medical device space, one of the perks of RWM being a growing business is that we get to grow with the company. I have had the opportunity to work many roles and take part in many projects within the company. I love the commitment we have to building relationships and partnerships with customers and those we work closely work with.
What is one thing that isn’t found on your resume, but defines you?
One thing not found on my resume but certainly defines me is my inspirations and what keeps me moving forward to do what I do. Your habits, lifestyle and the people that you surround yourself inevitably define who you are as a person and create your “why” in life.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
My grandma’s homemade spaghetti has been one of my all-time favorite meals since childhood.
If you could swap roles with anyone at RWM for a day, who would it be and why?
If I could swap roles with anyone for a day, it would be biomed. Learning the intricacies of how the pumps operate is very interesting to me. I would want to fully take a part a pump and put it back together myself.
It’s Saturday afternoon and the sun is shining. What do you do?
Saturdays for me typically include the farmer’s market in the morning followed by an afternoon being surrounded by friends at the pool, going to dinner or getting drinks.
What advice do you have for prospective RWM candidates?
Take the time to get to know our people and what they do. Our team is one of the best parts of the company. Ask questions and show us why you WANT to be part of the team.
